Crisis Communication Takes Flight: A Tailored Training Experience with a Leading Airline

Over the past few days, we had the pleasure of delivering an intensive two-day tailored crisis communication training session at the headquarters of a major Italian-registered airline. This is one of the most critical challenges in the aviation industry today.


Breaking silos, building alignment

Day one kicked off with an interactive workshop involving around 15 participants from various departments. Our goal was clear: break down internal silos and foster a shared understanding of how communication should work in high-pressure scenarios.


Following the group activities, we shifted gears to dive into the theoretical and organizational frameworks, analyzing key case studies and real-world experiences that offered valuable, applicable insights.


Putting spokespeople to the test

On day two, it was time to step into the spotlight. We challenged the company’s spokespeople with simulated interviews in high-stakes emergency scenarios, all structured along a custom-built crisis timeline.


Our senior advisors took on the roles of journalists, creating a realistic and constructive training environment that pushed participants to think fast, stay sharp, and deliver under pressure.
